Health District Dental Lottery
The Health District provides dental care to almost 4,000 people each year. Unfortunately, many more adults need our services, and we cannot see them all. Therefore we must limit the number of routine appointments for new adult patients each month. We have created a lottery system so everyone has a fair and equal chance of getting a monthly appointment.
WHO MUST PARTICIPATE: New adult patients wanting a routine exam and established adult patients who want a routine exam and have not had an exam at the Family Dental Clinic for more than a year and a half must use the lottery. Please contact the dental office if you have questions about who must use the lottery.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REGISTER?
You may only sign up for the lottery one time each month. However, your chances to get an appointment will increase every month you register. We keep your previous lottery entries and add them to your new entry. The longer you go without getting an appointment, the better your chances are of getting an appointment, as long as you keep signing up each consecutive month.
Children under 18 or pregnant women do not need to register for the lottery. Please contact the dental office at #970-407-7959 if you have questions about who must use the lottery.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Adult clients that do not have dental insurance, that are a resident of the Health District boundaries and that have low income.
