March 31st, 2015
Charles Futoran has joined the Health District as a Public Health Associate from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Public Health Associate Program is a nationwide program that pairs college graduates who have an interest in public health with local health agencies for hands-on training during a two-year placement. Futoran will divide his two-year assignment in Fort Collins between the Health District, where he will be working on the Child Health Survey, and the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment. Originally from Los Angles, Futoran graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BS in neuroscience.
