Free series addresses adult mental health, substance use

Connections is holding seven weeks of dinner and mental health education courses free of cost for community members. Learn about important mental health issues in our community and how you can help yourself and others cope with these issues.

March 21, 2018 — Anxiety
What anxiety is and what to do about it; Strategies to prevent, minimize, and cope with the anxious mind.

March 28, 2018 — Opioids
What does the opioid crisis look like in our community?

April 4, 2018 — Couples Communication

Participants can attend single sessions or the whole series. There is no charge, but reservations are required. Dinner is provided.
