Included within the district are the cities of Fort Collins, Timnath, Laporte, Wellington, Bellvue, Livermore, Red Feather Lakes, Virginia Dale and far west neighborhoods of Windsor. The mountain communities of Stove Prairie, Poudre Park, and Rustic also all fall within the district, while Masonville, Drake, Glen Haven and Estes Park do not. Loveland and Berthoud are also outside of the district.
