The Health District Board of Directors adopted a Strategic Plan for 2024-2025 in July 2024 after months of collaborative work among Board members, Health District leadership, and staff. 

The Strategic Plan centers on the four strategic priorities of Great Governance, Organizational Excellence, Health Equity, and Partnerships.
