In recognition of Cholesterol Education Month, the Health District of Northern Larimer County is offering free cholesterol tests in September to all residents of the district (northern Larimer County). The cost ordinarily is $15.

The test includes results for total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides and blood glucose, as well as a blood-pressure check and a counseling session where a registered nurse will interpret results and offer guidance. Appointments are recommended.
