Free online anxiety education & support group
Connections will host a free six-session, one-hour online education and support group for adults experiencing the symptoms of anxiety Thursdays, noon to 1 p.m., June 18 – July 23.
The group is designed for people experiencing excessive worry, panic, fear, sleep issues, agitation, irritability, or difficulty concentrating or making decisions, especially as a result of COVID-19 or other current events.
Led by two therapists, the group will be held online using telehealth, so participants must have access to the internet and a webcam. It will be completely confidential, with participation limited to the same members for all six sessions.
