The Health District Compass newsletter was recently honored for overall excellence in the 2016 Spotlight Awards Global Communications Competition conducted by the League of American Communications Professionals.

The fall 2015 issue of Compass earned a silver award in the Print Newsletter/Magazine category, receiving perfect scores from judges for overall narrative, message clarity, perceived relevance and overall visual design.

The award-winning issue, which included a 4-page insert on Larimer Health Connect and the start of open enrollment for health insurance, was edited by Richard Cox and Julie Estlick, and it was designed by Kristen Gilbert.
