Health Care Matters was a Health District project funded by The Colorado Trust that planned, implemented, and collected data from a series of community discussions around healthcare and healthcare access in Larimer County.  The collected information was compiled into a report shared with policymakers at the state level to inform policy decisions. The goal of the project was to share what conversation participants truly care about and would like to see in a healthcare system: for themselves and their families, and for their community as a whole.
